About Us
El Corral Bar & Restaurant

From Humble Beginnings to a Local Landmark
In 2002, El Corral Bar & Restaurant was born in a small building in Temple, Texas — humble, hardworking, and full of heart.
Back then, it wasn’t about style or size — it was about flavor, family, and a dream.
The First Drive-Thru
Our next step was a small retro-style drive-thru in Copperas Cove. It brought us closer to the community and became a local go-to for breakfast tacos and quick bites.
We learned, we grew, and we never stopped serving with love.

Today
Today, El Corral stands proudly in a beautiful remodeled space, full of warmth, tradition, and the same love for real Mexican food.
Our guests now enjoy a cozy dining room, a modern patio, and a full menu that blends traditional Mexican flavors with local Tex-Mex favorites.
Our Philosophy
At El Corral, food isn’t just about flavor — it’s about family, culture, and connection. Every dish we serve carries a bit of our heritage, passed down through generations.
We take pride in offering:
Traditional recipes inspired by the home kitchens of Mexico.
Fresh, quality ingredients, prepared daily in-house.
A warm, friendly environment where everyone feels welcome.
Whether it’s a quick taco on the go or a full meal with your loved ones, we want each bite to feel like home.

Still Family-Owned. Still Cooking with Love.
El Corral was built on family values and community spirit — and that hasn’t changed since 2002. We’re now in our second generation, still owned and operated by the same family that started it all.
What makes us proud:
Many of our team members have been with us for years — they’re family too.
We’ve grown, but we still greet our regulars by name.
We support local schools, events, and neighbors however we can.
We don’t just serve food — we serve tradition, comfort, and gratitude to the community that’s helped us thrive.
